New Spell - Time Warp

Ever had time run out and you are at 99% 2 stars. Ugggh. Why not carry a TIME WARP spell. Deploy this and you add another 20 seconds to your raiding/battle time. Each upgrade could add another 10 seconds. Becomes available at TH8 and then can be upgraded at each TH upgrade. Might not be used much for raids but in war I bet this would be one carried by a lot of people. Especially when using slow advancing types of attacks.
