Going to TH9 in a few weeks looking for early three star strategy

Now I can obviously three star most th8 at this point but will I be able to do it to th9 early on and if so which strategy would work? I would like to know so I can focus my lab upgrades in the next few weeks for this purpose. Currently all troops maxed except WB4 Healer 2, Lightning 4, Minion 3, Hogs 1, Valkyrie 1 and Golem 1. King is maxed. Sitting on 40000 dark elixir and Pekka 3 finishes in 4 days. Trying to figure out the next best step.

The easiest transition from 8 to 9 is if you are already used to hogs and have maxed them out at TH8. Since this is not the case, you probably cannot 3 star any sort of semi-decent TH9 when you upgrade to TH9. If all you have are dragons as war troops currently, I suggest you jump straight to lavaloon as a TH9 strategy.

You can still 2-star some TH9s with dragons or gowipe, but three star is extremely unlikely until you have either hogs or lavaloon maxed.
