what would happen is you would press the global chat button and it will ask you if you want regular (like the way global chat is right now where you dont know where the people your talking to live) or you can pick specific country, then state, then city so that you can talk to peope in your town who are not in your clan. This will be beneficial to inviting people to your clan so that you dont have people speaking another language.
