Agree. ;) I used to use GroupMe but found that Band had more functionality like being able to add polls and a diary too (I think GroupMe since added a diary).Quote:

Are the 3 main ones, and I've ranked them in order of preference. I use all 3 for various different groups, but find BAND is the most polished and professional. Kick is the least.

I've used both kik & LINE, found LINE far better.
Our clans using BBM at the moment, it's not bad but personally I prefer LINE.

Line is nice
I personally like Band or Whats app.
With both you are able to change the amount of people in the chat and also invite them via a password if you like.
And it also lists who invited the newbie etc.
It’s great to track who has read messages and also great place to share information and images without taking a long time to load.
The thing about both apps is that they will ask to confirm your mobile / contact number.
This you can select to keep private from anyone at any stage.
