Your base is looking decent. Your Wizard Towers + Mortars are well balanced, and so are most of your defenses.
To try and prevent Dragon attacks, move storages to in front of your Air Defenses, so that they have more time to deal damage while the dragons are getting though the storages. However, I rate this base 8/10 overall, as most of your defenses are well balanced and placed appropriately.
