is this base a Hog rider Friendly ?

can this base be 3 starred by lvl 2 hogs ? or dragons are still needed.

Sadly lvl2 hogs really don't do much. Just use drags.

level 2 hogs wont do it. 3x lightning on that southeast AD, then spread drags in a line from top to left, make sure they get the huts

If you think level 2 hogs can three star max th9, then you are going against some horribly designed bases. Level 2 hogs might have a good chance against this base because it is compact and no dgb spots, but it will still probably only get 2 stars. If you have level 4+ hogs them you can 3 star a lot of bases, but no way with level 2.
