This is very short sighted.

There are plenty of people who will help out other unrelated clans, or related clans whose relation is not immediately obvious given clan name alone.

Besides, in the time it takes to accept, ask them to post that, wait for them to post it, and then take action based on what they do/don't, they have already captured multiple bases.

Seriously? You don't just wait for them to post a replay at their leisure. You give them 30 seconds tops or you boot them.

I'm trying to construct a clan, but I can't get on all week, so it's impossible. So I just look at these posts to get the laughs of how much people complain about such simple issues. Especially something that is definitely part of the game.

Yeah, what was I thinking, no way they could view multiple bases in 30 seconds.

Still don't think this is a major issue.

Spies don't bother me. I assume they can't raid and move on.

After all why spy if you're confident?

It is a problem but not one I want to constantly focus on.

As for OPs question, yes a bunch of times and we still won, go figure.

ive spied before and once you are in the war room and viewing base its already too late. you can get kicked but it doesnt take you out of the war room.
