I have a suggestion for a new feature - Clan Controller. He should have free access to clan and implement controls Clan. It would reduce the number of tim clan that are inactive. Should the option to delete clan. Rules for Clan
* 1) at least five active members per week
* 2) A minimum of 10 units per week sent
* 3) At least one month Clan War
I honestly don't know what you're trying to say here? Do you want a new clan position? All the things you mentioned can be done by a Leader so I'm really confused!

Do you request a system that automatically delete a clan if not requirements (above) is met ??
I appreciate your attempts to work in English and admit you are doing way better than I would trying to work in your language. But unfortunately it is still not making sense. So sorry.
