Excellent idea. As a leader I try to be there for my clan as much as possible but sometimes it's hard to be on the same time as everyone so having a troop bank would be awesome. Plus I fill everyones request and castles but if they use them on the first attack then need more for the second they can always go to the bank!! Also I know I've had a limited time to battle and need the troops but no one is on so I have to go anyway and doing so without extra help sometimes sucks lol
I used to call this a community barracks. With international clans there are time constrictions where you just can't be online all the time. I have over 12,000 donations this season and people still have to wait sometimes. This idea just has to happen even if it's in a much more constricted sense. Even 30-40 troop capacity total would be better than nothing.

The overall concept is great but there are certain issues that I'm sure that everyone would like addressed.
1. Hoppers - The "NEW" status is a great idea and if you have the status should prevent any withdrawals from the bank for a day or two.
2. Greedy - We all have that one person (or a few) that takes 10x more than they donate. I think that could be resolved by only being able to make one full CC worth of troop withdrawal once every 23 hours. That should cover at least once defense. I would like people to think it's not just something you can use every time you wanna raid.
3. Want high donation #'s for personal benefit - Treat it like you would war donations, no xp given and doesn't count towards troops donated. It would avoid the useless troop spam such as goblins.
4. Donating to self - I think that was addressed earlier, saying you can't see or be able to take what you gave. Though I'm sure SuperCell will have the most trouble trying to figure out how to code it that way out of all the other pending issues.
All in all, great idea
This is a good idea, great idea. So when I on a troop already donated by my partner, I can put it in the bank and so do not throw it away, the other partner can take.
