maybe get .5 experience points per troop, it's nice to have troops ready at any time but it doesn't promote for people to be on all the time...
I think it's a great idea. Resources would just make people lazy but I have a very hectic work schedule that makes my raiding hours extremely strange.
I don't know if I missed it when reading the thread, but having a certain level player being able to take their equivalent in troops would be suffecient or by their clan level perk.
Say a TH9 player who needs a golem for war and the Clan is Lvl 6 they would be able to receive a level 5 golem and so forth.
Great idea though I love it!!
Forgive me if someone mentioned this already...
I think this is a great idea! I am always hanging out in war waiting for someone to request a golem or hound that I don't need personally. Then I get stuck with them after war since I never am on when the actual request is made. To be able to stash it somewhere to be grabbed when needed is just great!
I will mention that there has got to be a way to put this into place with less complicated rule sets, but I don't have the time to hash that out ;)
I went through about 20 pages of comments, so someone may have already mentioned this, but how are you to stop someone to donate to the bank, then immediately pull out those troops for themselves? Because I could easily need a hound in my cc...cook it up, put it in the bank, then pull it back out? What is to stop me? This is NOT what we want, right?
I suggested this a year ago. Glad to see someone took the idea and ran with it. Its long overdue, like th11.
Thanks, I will add those in soon, as I plan to work on a formatting change later this month.
its just the skeleton, I will most likely change it, all depends on the feedback - as for a wait time, its the normal request time wait.
Once the troop is taken, yes.
Thanks all!!!!
I think this should answer your question.
To counter this:

Step 1: Donate to bank.
Step 2: Retrieve from bank.
Step 3: Profit.
you won't see the troop you just donated to the bank. Ex. No dragons are in the bank, you donate a dragon, however you don't see one, then once someone else donates a dragon, theirs shows up.
If a Lvl 1 drag is donated, and then another drag any lvl above 1 is donated, a little blue box with a star will appear in the edge of the dragon image. You tap on this star and it will show you all the levels of that troop available to take.
I suggested it a while ago last year too, http://forum.supercell.net/showthread.php/207244-Requests-and-ideas
Great minds think alike!

And thanks!!!
Sounds like it may be abused...
This is a good idea, I like the new tag going away to be able to access bank idea better as well.
I really like the idea, but I dont think that ranks should limit access to the bank.
New: This just says hey this guy has joined a few days ago. Maybe he is really new, but in most cases it is a long time member coming back from his 2 hour visit in the feeder/sister clan or went to a rl friend to bring him troops or went to a guy in global to get some max pekkas if your clan does not have them already. Maybe he is also coming back from spying.
Elder: This rank means you trust this guy enough to handle recruitment decisions if you set the rules (for example only take members that meat the requirements of the clan description, check for spies in the enemy cw list etc.) It also means you trust him enough that he does not kick half your members over night while everybody is sleeping, but he can get rid of new members that someone accepted and are filling the whole chat with bad language insulting other players.
This has nothing to do if it is a good member. I have a lot of good members, some of them here for more than 1 year, but only have 2 elders. Why do I need to give them recruitment rights? I think it is enough to provide statistics who took which troops (dont use cw troops for farming) and simply using rule violations as a reason for a kick or they just have to fill it with new troops (plus a little bit extra).
I kind of like the idea but not as described in the original mail. I didn't read everything - i just think that it'll be a hard feature to put into the game. The rules of the clan troop bank that should be implemented to get the best out of it will show us only 1 thing. all that for that?
