Clan [Troop] Bank

It's not that hard to add another layer of clan ranks.
So you would have:
Leader- Can donate/withdraw/ and toss out troops if not wanted
Co-Leaders- Can donate/withdraw/ and toss out troops if not wanted
Elders- Can donate and withdraw
Veterans- Can Donate and withdraw
Members-Can Donate but not withdraw
New-Not able to donate or withdraw from Clan Bank

(if troops get tossed out by leaders then no donation exp or achievement counts are awarded)
Plus it gives more levels and responsibility options for clan leadership which I know people would like.

again I think this is a good idea. Clan Troop Banks could help clans that are not as active/or scattered throughout different time zones/countries/continents.

Decent idea, but I think there would need to be two changes, obviously you can't recieve troops that you donated, and I don't like only elders being able to recieve troops, I know people could simply take troops and leave, which is why I think having "new" going away or having a 24hr period before you can recieve troops is a good idea, but many clans, like mine are very strict on our leadership roles (i.e. 1 leader, 3 cos, 5 elders and a 30 person clan) many members have been with us for a while and we wouldn't want them to be excluded from the clan bank. Anyway, all around not a bad idea.
