You are around the same level as me, and as far as your base goes, it's looking pretty good.
I would just say to protect your Mortars more, they are a good defense to protect.
Apart from that small flaw, it's looking pretty good.
Archers + Cannons are well balanced, and Wizard Towers in a Triangle. Illuminati Confirmed.
I rate this base an 8/10, just because the Mortars are slightly exposed.
