He meant dont rush ur th if ur war and farm army + defense is not good enough for that lvl. He never said fully max ur base.

The first thing you want to do if you are in a warring clan (clan that wars often) is to upgrade offence.

Section two: strategy for offence

Let's say you've upgraded that whole army, but your strategy isn't working out for you. This is the simplest answer.
Ask your members. Nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, they will feel sympathy towards you.


Section three: useless brags

Not sure if you need this but the brags are somewhat important.

Note: Upgrade your heroes and troops and a few defense in the process.



Chapter Two: Defense


Section one: non warring clan


If your clan doesn't war. Then they is not much worries on offense. Defence is your main key. Always focus on them as you will need it. Offence is also important unless your a farmer.


Section 2: walls

Walls are really important so upgrade them as much as possible.

Section 3: Mortars and WT


After town hall 5, you unlock the ultimate arcane of defence also known as wizard towers. Mortars are great for damaging tier 1 troops so I recommend to keep them inside. Wizard towers, btw are strong enough to blow off a giant army in 30-40 seconds. Upgrade them first.


Section 3: turrets


These turrets are damaging to single troops. Since they target single, it is recommended to upgrade them later. But don't ignore them! Sometimes, they can save your village!


Section 4: Traps

How many times has a giant bomb or tesla saved you, well many. So upgrade them. Giant bombs are more recommendable. Skeleton traps can ♥♥♥♥ off your opponents. Nothing like a great distraction.

Question: Where do I place traps?

Answer: Keep it inside to the corner where the attack is mostly expected. Tons of troops will die inside but not outside.

:cool:Please note: Offense is also important as you need for attacking. Upgrade them on the side. Go for the troops you use the most

Chapter two: Loot

Section one: storages


Some people like to save up elixir or gold in their mines, which is stupid. Why?
Because they don't know is that 50% of loot can be stolen from collecters while 25% from storages. Keep WT beside it and be happy.

Section two: collectors


A few words

Full collectors=Happy attackers




Chapter four: town halls


Section one: town hall

Question: Why do people put their town hall outside?

Answer: There are many snipers (those who hunt trophies) who are begging for trophies. There is a higher chance a sniper will attack you rather than a 100% attacker

Sniper=1 star=loss of few trophies

or

100% destroyer=Loss of many trophies=loss of loot=Angry cheif

Section 5: rushed town halls

Some of you may know about loot penalty, but some of you don't. Today, many player leave for a reason and that is rushed townhall.

You get

100% for the same level town hall attacking
90% for 1 level less attacking
Anyways, the lower the town hall, the lesser the loot. This penalty goes up to 5% of available loot.

This is important: Some idiots rush their base to TH 10 just to get inferno towers. But what about loot. You have no strong army, no strong defense. You finally regret your mistake and now you can't upgrade walls of no Loot!

Luckily, you will find some tips on rushed bases on the forums.

Not completely true. For War, You need one defense to be level 3+ Airdefense (For Townhall 7's) Because as you said. Dragon attacks are very popular for th 7+

lol i love the th rushers in war. weak troops so they make it easy for the tops to destroy them easy and also makes it easy for us not to get 3 stared. lol we facing off with a clan of 20 players and 6 of there tops are all rushed. while are top 6 with the same th level are maxed. lovely .

oh and by the way he might not know what he talking about but i do. i currently own 2 accounts. 1 maxed th8 and another rushed th9. and im stuck on the rushed one just because its harder to farm because of the penalty you get. and because my defense on the rushed base is so weak i get taken advantage of. so yes people do not rush. get your defense and troops maxed first . unless u got money to spend to fix things after its to late.

For all you th5 and th6 people keep your AD well protected lots of players simply take that out, spawn a healer, and have practically invincible giants.

Those aren't rushers, those are preemies. A rusher will only upgrade TH after reaching certain offensive objectives. You'll probably 3-star them, but they'll probably 3-star you or 2-star somebody higher up the food chain.

The only thing correct about about what you wrote was about maxing troops (war, farming, or both) before rushing the next TH. And rushers don't rely on defenses to protect resources - they rely on spending resources before they can be taken. The playstyle works great but it isn't for everyone. If you try to play your rushing base the same way you play your maxing base it won't go well.
