Farming Bases

I just had thought, if everyone in Crystal 1 to Masters 1 had a farming base, this would help trophy pushers and farmers from all over. Just think, if everyone had a farming base and you are trying to push to champions league, you would only get 1 starred, protect all of your resources, and gain countless loot bonuses and before you know it you would be in champs. If you are trying to farm, there would be no need to do endless searching for the right bases. Everyone would have their Town hall outside and you would get resources from the loot bonus and not lose resources from searching and making powerful armies.
