I like the idea, would make it easier on leaders to determine who is in or out for the next one!
Only downfall would be if you are in a clan that does back to back wars, we would have to wait around for everyone to decide if they're in or out. With my clan we have alot of members from Europe and America, so most of the time when our wars are ending our European members are sleeping.
Makes sense because some unactive will be always ready for clan war because they don't change their profile.

I dont like it. If you do this, it requires everyone to make a decision at the end of every war. What if half the clan doesn't even check until the next morning? We war back to back, so if everyone went to undecided right after war ends, how will i start a war right away? Id be in the same boat pre-update. Not a fan at all.
