Max defense TH9 wanting to transition to 3-star war attacks but needs help
Hi and thanks for looking.
I recently found Akiyume's article about clans getting to their "tipping point" where your clan's defense is improving but your offensive strategy is not, so you are no longer 3-starring all enemies and losing a lot of wars. If you have not read his article, I highly recommend it!
This is the exact situation my clan is in. I want to lead the charge to making us a more serious war clan so we stop losing every war by 4-5 stars. I have recently started reading about a lot of different advanced strategies but am still very inexperienced with any of them. For reference, here are some of the articles I have been reading:

I am still in the process of really absorbing all of the incredibly information and strategy in these articles. In the meantime, war is on! This is where I need help. I am tasked with attacking the following base:

This looks to me like a good candidate for HoLoWiWi. Is this a good strategy for 3-starring this base? If so, how would you go about the HoLoWiWi? If another strategy is better, what is it?
Here are my relevant troop levels:
Wizards - level 5
Golems - level 2 (level 3 in a couple days)
Balloons - level 6
Witches - level 2
Pekkas - level 3
Hogs - level 5
Lava Hounds - level 2
Lightning - level 5
Healing - level 5
Rage - level 5
Jump - level 2
AQ - level 15
BK - unavailable (being upgraded to level 20)
220 Camp Space + 30 CC + 4 spells
My HoLoWiWi plan is:
1) Loons on the lower left defenses: 3 on Wiz Tower, 1 on Archer Tower, 1 on left Cannon.
2) Loons on the lower right defenses: 3 on Wiz Tower, 1 on Archer Tower, ignore Cannon because other Loons will kill.
3) Loons on bottom defenses: 1 on Archer Tower, ignore Cannon because AT loon will kill.
4) Loons on top defenses: 2 on Archer Tower.
5) Loons on top left defenses: 3 on Wiz Tower, 2 on Archer Tower, 1 on Mortar, ignore top Cannon because other Loons will kill.
6) Loons on top right defenses: 3 on Wiz Tower, 2 on Archer Tower, 1 on Mortar, ignore top Cannon because other Loons will kill.
7) 2 Wall Breakers to break the corner in front of the Gold Storage.
8) 3 Witches, 5 Wizards, and AQ at the bottom to kill buildings, lure CC, and kill CC.
9) Skeletons, Witches, Wiz, and AQ will go towards the Gold Storage. AQ should pull them to the center. Drop a Rage to help get through the wall and kill BK/AQ.
10) 10 Hogs to clear out the center defenses and mop up the rest of the buildings. Use Heal to help keep them alive.
Total army:
27 Balloons (3 extra from above plan)
10 Hogs
3 Witches
5 Wizards
4 Wall Breakers (2 extras in case the first die to traps)
1 Archer
Spells: 1 Rage, 3 Healing
Concerns:
1) If there are Giant Bombs at the bottom of the center section in from of the TH and they kill my Witches, I am in trouble.
2) Where do I use the other 2 spells? Should I use them with some of the Loons, such as to help kill the top left and top right Wiz Towers? Or should I plan to use a Heal right near the TH while the troops are fighting CC, BK, AQ, and all the (likely) Teslas?
3) Is the kill squad (KS) of 3 Witch, 5 Wiz, AQ enough?
I will post an attack walkthrough, whether it goes well or poorly, after I attack.
