My clan had the description "jsh must have been naughty.... Because they are in for a spanking" and our leader was banned for "offensive language in the clan description". Can someone explain what is offensive? No cussing and no name calling in there. We don't expect to get the leader unbanned or anything. We just don't understand. Thanks in advance for any insight. Clash on!

I am fully supportive of banning people for abuse or over the top stuff but this does (on the face of it) seem pretty harmless and a slight overreaction. Assuming it was as described of course.
Thought about kids playing the game and still don't get it...

I know I've seen a ton of these threads, but the ban is usually well-deserved. I don't get this one. We will just keep the description blank and beat everyone at war silently, but it just seemed odd to have a member banned for that particular statement.

don't particularly agree with it. but them the rules.
Why use the description like that? You are giving others chances to ban you. Make a normal description and you won't have problems.
if it was me, I'd also report
a win is a win
all is fair in war, cause it's a war :p

We still won the war... So the cheap move was not rewarded. lol. But I agree please close this thread. My question was answered. Thanks guys.
Glad you guys still won. It is unfortunate that there are so much worse offensive clan descriptions that are deserving of a ban and yours got caught in the splash damage.Quote:
