New Dark Elixir Troop: W.O.R.M. (Waste Opponent's Refined Magma)

W.O.R.M (Waste Opponent's Refined Magma) Cost 500 DE @ 45 minutes.
This troop focus on Inferno Towers. It burrows into the ground and sprouts up directly onto Inferno Towers! While burrowed into the ground, the troop is untargetable. It only burrows to reach Inferno Towers. The plus: it's invulnerable to the Tower, and grows with the power of the Inferno Tower (IT)!
Sounds OP, but check the stats:
Housing Space- 20
Movement Speed- 24 (same as Archer)
Level 1:
DPS: 165 (Similar to Lvl 6 Balloon)
Under Single fire by IT: Grows 5 DPS/s^2 (accelerates), +5 after one second, +30 after 6 seconds
Since a Lvl 1 IT has 1,500 HP, the WORM would take ~8 seconds to defeat it, giving it 305 DPS (similar to Lvl 3 PEKKA)
Under Multiple fire by IT (attracts all 5 shots): Grows 15 DPS/s (constant growth) (270 DPS after 8 seconds & 1 IT destroyed)
HP: 600 (Similar to Lvl 6 Balloon)
Under Single fire by IT: Grows 100 HP/s^2 (accelerates), +100 after one second, +600 after 6 seconds
Since a Lvl 1 IT has 1,500 HP, the WORM would take ~8 seconds to defeat it, giving it 3,400 HP (similar to Lvl 3 PEKKA)
Under Multiple fire by IT (attracts all 5 shots): Grows 300 HP/s (constant growth) (3,000 HP after 8 seconds & 1 IT destroyed)
Level 2 (80,000 DE upgrade):
Cost: 600 DE
DPS: 185, 7 DPS/s^2 (Single), 20 DPS/s (Multiple)
HP: 700, 120 HP/s^2 (Single), 350 HP/s (Multiple)
Level 3 (100,000 DE upgrade):
Cost: 750 DE
DPS: 200, 10 DPS/s^2 (Single), 30 DPS/s (Multiple)
HP: 850, 150 HP/s^2 (Single), 450 HP/s (Multiple)
If the IT was to stop focusing it, say because of a Freeze Spell, the growth in HP/DPS would restart (this would significantly affect those under Single IT, not so much for Multiple IT).
The defense strategy would be to place some heavy hitting defenses, CC, heroes, and bombs around your IT's. It will likely always take down the towers, but hopefully will not have much health left afterwards. It would be wise to keep your IT's away from TH, in case the W.O.R.M. finishes off the IT and heads for it!
The attack strategy would actually be fairly difficult with this troop. You can't send it in directly, or else other defenses will likely take it out before it has time to grow in strength. Instead, you should probably deploy Golems or Giants to take damage around the IT, and then deploy this troop. However, you don't wan the IT to take out your Golem if it is focused on Single target before focusing on W.O.R.M.! Perhaps using a Freeze Spell to have the IT refocus on WORM would be best. The growth of this troop under the IT will be significantly easier under the multi-target IT versus single target.
If used correctly, this would become the strongest troop in the game. However, it's a risky take with such low base stats.
