Why dont Supercell stop the derby untill all problems are solved ?
Mayby admit that it was to early that it was launched ?
Seems like many players are having problems - and dont feel they are being heard...
I too have not recieved my last horseshoe prizes - what a shame :(
At least an answer to if we can expect our prizes ??

Agree - stop the derby until problems are resolved.
It is highly demotivating as things stand.
We are working on fixes for the Derby as we speak, but unfortunately we can't "roll back" to the previous Derby. We sent diamonds & axes to everyone as a compensation for possibly missing out on the rewards. If you haven't checked the box next to your house yet, please do so.

Although every game will have kinks to adjust and "repair" so to speak, I believe stopping the derby will only lead to additional problems. I my self have had no issues but a few in my NH have. New updates that involve new additions like the derby will take time to tweak to get everything right. With all the different operating systems and brands of devices there is a lot involved to make everything work for everyone. All I can say is time and patience. I believe Nick will let everyone know when adjustments have been made, if you want to sit out from participating till then then that is up to you, however stopping the derby would be a major let down seeing as Nick and the rest of SC worked really hard to bring in to fruitition in the first place:-) :-) :-) :-) :-)Quote:

It is not that we dont appriciate the compensation, but there is still a long way to the lost items/prizes...

We are sitting out this week. I understand one cannot roll back to previous derby but that is not what is being asked. What is being asked is to "stop" the derby until it gets fixed. I agree with that proposal totally. Stop trying to fix the plane as it flys and take the plane in for repairs until it can fly properly.Quote:

Putting aside the ridiculous notion that 10 diamonds and 5 axes are ANYWHERE near equitable for 5 horseshoes worth of prizes lost, you sent these to players who weren't affected as well meaning people who actually lost out on prizes have still effectively received nothing for seven days of time, effort and resources spent.
While you may not be able to roll the game back to the previous derby it should be a trivial task to see what players/neighborhoods were unable to receive prizes for any competently designed program.
Oh and of course none of this addresses the fact that the new derby is also completely broken which means two weeks worth of rewards missed out on.
