Empty shop 6 months they not help and no answer form contact support in game

Long time i send a issue or my bugs to contact support in game.

They not help and no answer. WHY ?

What do you want from me to get help from you.

I report problems in games Every week But was ignored.

Please help me or tell me why not help from contact support Over 6 months ago

I'm sorry, but there is nothing anyone here can do to help you. This is a technical issue that only Support can assist you with.

I don't know if these threads will help any in giving you possible clues to what the cause may be, but if not, I'm afraid there is no option but to continue to wait on Support.

I am on level 89 I lost my farm when my android is stopped working do I received a replacement device. I sent request in game for support days ago sent all the information they requested including screen shots from my many purchases with hay day and no one is getting back with me. Can someone just please tell me if it can be recovered so I can either patiently wait some more or delete the game as I don't want to start over again from the beginning. I have put a lot of time and real money into this game. Please help!

Unfortunately I don't there is any way anyone here could tell you that. Support are the only people who can tell you, try to wait longer if you can...with the update glitches they have a lot of tickets to wade through.

Am I reading that right? Since Support has given you an answer, and a pretty final one at that, I don't think there is much more you can do. If Support told you you're banned, you're banned. :/
