Defensive: Not OP because his clone time is relatively slow, his DPS is pretty low, and he can be taken out easily with a Giant Bomb. Make your single target defenses VERY deadly so you can KO the troop before he can clone it.
First, you wrote down the cloning time based on army space for golem, pekka, hound, and dragon. But you also say CANNOT CLONE PEKKA, GOLEM, DRAGON, OR HOUND a bit further down. Isn't that a bit contradicting? I would suggest to remove the cloning time for the golem, pekka, hound, and dragon because they aren't going to happen! (Also I suggest like other people have in the forum, add wallbreakers, witches (including her skeletons), and healers to the banned list also.) (Maybe also allow the cloning of golemites? That wouldn't be too overpowered)
Secondly, what you put down in defensive isn't defensive. You're talking about single target defences, but defences can't target their own allied troops. Also traps don't spring on allied troops also. I think you meant to put that in "Why this troop isn't OP" section. It could be good in defence though! When a clan castle is lured, the priest could replicate wizards and archers, increasing your clan castle size. The longer it takes for the clan castle to be lured, the more clan castle troops have to be taken out!
Also, I suggest you change the name of the troop. "Priest" could be taken offensively religion wise by Catholics and other religions. Don't have any suggestions currently, maybe people can reply with good names? GOOD names, emphasis on GOOD.
