New positions

I was in a clan where you "earned" co-leader by donating 500 troops. And yes, some kid did come in, got elder (because that's how they did it - new members got elder) and he reached the donation limit. He got co-leader, and he kicked everybody he could out of the clan. You know what happened? We invited back everybody. We got most of them back. We kicked him as soon as the leader got on. But now that clan doesn't give out co-leader to just anybody. It's for trusted, loyal clan mates.

I think there only needs to be one more position. A position between elder and co-leader. That position is to reward those members who are loyal and been in the clan for awhile (or however you give out positions.) but that aren't ready to be co-leaders. But there's no need for multiple new positions. It'd make it more complicated. Just keep it simple, and only give out co-leader to those you trust.

how do you think the middle position should work? Also I don't think that they should'nt earn it. I just think it's for, as you said elders that aren't ready to be co-leaders.
