Don't just read the Stickies, Understand them too

please take note that the stickies has 3 parts

the upper part are Ideas that are UNDER CONSIDERATION, they are not ruled out

the middle part are Ideas that has been IMPLEMENTED, from idea threads here in IFR (just SC's way of saying that they're reading threads in IFR, up to you if you believe it or not, hehehe)

and the last part are Ideas that are RULED OUT, these are the ones that you should report, not the ones in under consideration

They should display the OP prominently at the top of the stickies thread.

Merge this into the ruled out sticky or make it a sticky

Yeah I too find it a bit annoying that people keep suggesting the same ideas over and over and over even though there's a sticky on top specifically saying that such suggestions are A) already in consideration or B) already ruled out
