Also, bottom line here, more people will likely spend money on gems if the gems go further. 5$ wont get your town hall at level 7 finnished. A stipulation? Don't think that is needed. But you are on point that. there could be much more gem buying because of how good a deal it seems.

Only a very limited amount of players will spend their gems for finishing a building. But realy many players would use the builder hut boost. Give the option:

30 Gems for 1 Day
80 Gems for 3 Days

Speed increase should be only 2 times the usual.

Sometimes i am annoyed by the build times, but than comes the time when i find it realy relaxing, to know i cannot do anything right now, so i dont play. That is hurting supercell, because players who think that way dont play, and when they dont play, they maybe realize the game takes too much time and quit.

So in the long run, speed boost helps to hold players addicted longer, good for supercell :smirk:

Huh, keep the options simple. A week long? Who will do that?

I did pricing and boost time with a 4x boost and came up with this.

Logic seemed to dictate 6 hours for a boost, since things that are measured in a day or so are common (6 hours × 4 = 24hr or 1 day). And gave a 12 hour boost so you can keep the boost going constantly without pause much easier.

6hr boost I suggested as 40 gems, and 12h boost 70 gems (since there is a common thing of reduced cost the more you spend).

Yeah. Every thread, every single one, on this topic has one person saying it is ruled out. I was a bit over dramatic on the post... Idk, just felt like it for some reason. Guess I wanted to sound more angry than I actually was.

I would go for the same way it is with resource buildings, twice the speed for 1 day. Dont compare it with the Barracks/spell boost, because the army/spell build time is much lower than building build time so 2 hours are enough there.

1 Week boost? Look at the upgrade times at townhall 8-10. They take 10-14 days each. So a 14 days upgrade would take 7 days.

I think boosting builders are good, but it just takes SC a little while to see if it's marketable or not, and some balance issues

boosting should be a bit "cheaper" as compared to the instant
cheaper as in, more bang for the buck

I don't threaten reports lightly. This constant claiming it is ruled out is a waste of time, it spreads false info that people can wind up believing, and it is just counterproductive as a whole. I'm quickly running out of ideas to get this point drilled into people's heads that this is not ruled out, and if threatening to report them is what it takes to get that message across, so be it. Not my problem that people are making carless mistakes when they should know better. I can understand one or two mistakes early on, but repeats are not excusable. You claim it is ruled out after this point, you didn't read either the thread or the sticky thread, and therefore it is your fault.

Never going to happen. We've had this conversation. The discount you're proposing is gigantic relative to the current rush costs.
