Hi Hay Day team, today when i went to collect my gifts from the derby, i clicked them but i never got them. That's not the only problem... at the derby Picture were we see all horses my team horse was 1st from the begining and always was seen that it had a very big difference from the others till the end of derby, well when the derby ended it showed me that we where 7th and that we won't get the bonus gifts. Then it showed me again that the derby ended and that my team was in 4th possition!! the problems continue... i choose a NEW task with trains. i went to my trains feed and complete some visitors and the task from the right was gone!! so i went back at the derby to see what happened.Not only the task disappeared but it charged me a task. now i have only 4 tries left.
We had over 26 k points and the 2nd place just over 6 k but now we are placed in the 10th position. What poor coding by a good team. PLEASE fix the DERBY or REMOVE IT.Quote:

So the old derby ended. Our neighbourhood was first and prizes came too.
Then after I claimed all my prizes I select new task for my derby and started doing it.
After few minutes, I went to check my derby task again and it got reset, the task I chose were gone and I lost 1 derby task which is a big deal since the total we could get is 5.
Please fix the problem.
furthermore i have only 3 tasks to choose among while it seems that only one of my neighbord have a task assigned, where're all the missing task?
Our whole group "active Indians" was 1st place and didn't receive the rewards + it tells that I have done all tasks when have only did 2!
we as a group love this game and are really into playing.. please fix this bug!
My neighborhood get Top1 and 4 Derby point, but it shows I get 10#, no have any rewards for me.... whats wrong? :straightface:
All the time the derby said we were on first place, but we could not see the results of the others. Derby has ended and we are on 9th place???
All the horse shoes are gone and just one of our neighborhood collected her horseshoe-prices, for the others the prices are gone.
Supercell please fix the derby or get rid of it!

Our neighborhood is Limitless Acres.
We were in the derby that just finished a few minutes ago.
We had a team score of more than 31,500 points, the next closest challenger was 10,000 points.
Now it says we finished 14th.
What the hell gives here?
