Derby Still Not Working Correctly

Two members of our neighborhood are now reporting lost available tasks in the third Derby. These have been reported via Settings/Help.

Just saying.

Derby is still not working in our neighbourhood. Points are 0, even many of us completed several tasks. And still not let someone choose new task, even previous task is done. Still can´t see other neighbourhoods and their points. What is going on? Are SC even trying to fix this? You just got 1 billion profit because of us players, but seem you can´t prepare update properly? By the way, only couple of members got their prizes last race, and we won, but got nothing because you said we were #14. This sucks! We want some aswers please!

We have never got the extra prizes I just chalk it up as a loss the first dirby we were first. Heck in this dirby I only got four tickets instead of five.

The points in derby are still cut in two, the last number is in second row - even after the maintenance. Pls fixxxxxx

I wonder if the problem with wrong placement in the race has to do that the horses do not have a 5th number. I mean, you can see points up to 9999, the moment you hit 10.000 it lacks the last number, so if you have, say 12300 points it just shows 1230. That seems likely to explain how 1st, 2nd and 3rd place end up being told they had 10th or 15th place. In the first derby we got 3rd place, with a 4 number points and got our prizes, we were first on the 2nd derby and told we were 15th, no prizes, this time we are 1st again, with over 12000 points and I am curious to see what will happen tomorrow.

That's a shrewd observation and interesting theory. Sounds plausible, but I hope it's not the source of the problem because my derby numbers are still dropping down into the second row lol.

There was a maintenance break on March 27 which they announced would fix the drop in placement and loss of prizes. Hopefully, the maintenance worked.
