Early start option for war...

It's probably been discussed, but how about a "ready" button for clan wars? We already have the "I'm in" and "I'm out" function, so why not an "I'm ready to war" button...when all the players are ready for war, and when all the players on the opposing clan are ready, the war starts?

My clan mates are war-rabid, CCs are filled and war armies are cooked within a couple of hours...then we sit and wait until the following day to war.

A simpler method - give the clan leader the ability to ready up the entire clan, if the opposing clan does the same, war starts. If they don't, its the same system as we currently have.

Just a thought...donning my Kevlar and heading for the bunker...

Gonna need it, this is requested several times a day. SC won't implement it, they can't afford the more frequent war payouts.

They could take the time that is lost from prep day and add it to war day. Doing that resolves all the exploits, time zone issues, etc. Plus keeps the payouts at the same rate.

Speaking for myself, my clan would never hit ready from our side. We have lives outside COC and need the extra prep day time to live those lives and get things taken care of so we can all be free to get together that next night. These 'war-rabid' guys that fill the cc and then there is not a single thing they have to do but 'sit and wait' for war start...... I don't know. Is that even healthy?
