Looking for members for wars, starting as soon as 4 people join

Hey there, I'm looking for active members to join in my clan.
Since some friends of mine can't play for a couple of weeks, we need 4 people at least to star a war.
In the clan we're all friends in real life, we're classmates so our age is around 17-19.. we're italians but we've got no problems to speak english in chat.
We have a couple of rules:
1)Give troops and you'll be given
2)In clan wars you've got to attack the opponent who has your same number, then keep the second attack to 3 star someone if other clan members didn't manage to. If the war is already surely won, feel free to attack for clan bonus.
3) If you do not attack in war you're out.
4) If you know you won't be able to play in the next days you have to let us know by choosing "no" in your profile for clan wars.

We're currently level 2 and we're looking forward to increase the level so expect 2/3 wars per week.
