I was wondering if anyone has thought to ask for the ability to use spells during there upgrade period in wars it would be the same basic principle as heroes in war i which this could occur and please comment i would like to hear from you

Spell factory upgrade is once per townhall. It's not a huge issue and hardly many experience the Issue. You can choose to not war if you won't have spells. Heros are different because they're constantly being upgraded.Quote:
