Troop Reserves
Give players the ability to keep troops that doesn't join a raid. This will allow players to recruit troops that they don't want to use for the next attack. There have been a lot of instances where our clan members will request for a troop, say a Golem, and another player will queue the troop in their barracks. 45 minutes later, the would be donator comes back only to find out that someone else has given their clan member their needed troops. At that point, the player will have a golem sitting in his army camp which hinders him from using the troop composition that he wants for his next raid. Some players find it a waste to use Golems, Lava Hounds, Pekkas, or what have you for farming. Having troop reserves will let the player keep the troop for donating in the future or he can use it on his own when needed.
Maybe give players the ability to put some troops in their own clan castle. Maybe around 30 to 60 troop capacity--amount varies based on clan castle level. The troops doesn't join the battle and can be donated directly to other member's clan castle. The troops may also be used in the future by the player himself by putting the troops back to their army camps. This feature will help a lot. It will make donating much easier and it will also allow a clan to have their troops ready for other members without affecting their ability to use whatever troops they need for their next attack.

already suggested.
Nothing that good communications won't fix.
As far as raising the max. No.

Let me clarify. I'm not suggesting to increase the existing clan castle capacity nor have it filled up by the player himself. What I'm suggesting is a separate clan castle capacity which allows the player to keep his own troops in it. Please refer to the image below to get a better idea of what I mean. The 2nd row of troop display is for the reserve troops which doesn't join the battle. Troops on the second row can be placed back to the army camp for use or it can be donated directly to other clan members.

seems unnecessary, updates could be used for better/new ideas. Just needs a better communication, or for someone not to donate if one person has already said 'making your golem'

^You think? This feature sounds like something up their alley. If you look at feature requests that they've implemented in the past like the boost all button, dismissing troops from the clan castle and army camps, and adding the ability to upgrade multiple walls at once--all of those might seem unnecessary too but it's still pretty useful and easy to implement as it's not something that affects the balance of the game.
