Limit opt in/out feature & improve clan war matchmaking
I'm requesting to add limits on the "opt in/out" feature, as far as the number of clan members being taken into a war. I think it's somewhat ridiculous that there's 20 - 30 member clans taking only 10 or 15 people into wars. It's a "clan war", not 1/3 or 1/2 of clan war. It's "clash of clans", not "clash of 30% of clans"
The suggestion is simple, you're allowed to pick and choose who goes into the war, but only down to the next lower war size. for example, if you have 28 members, you're allowed to choose the 3 that will sit out, and participate in a 25 person war. This is as opposed to cherrypicking people and having up to 18 members sit out of the war. If your clan wants to war, you should fight for your clan. Simple.

Regarding matchmaking, whatever algorithm is being used to set matches is pretty off. Sometimes the matches aren't even reasonably close. For example, in a recent war my clan participated in, both our bases and troops were WAY outmatched. Levels doesn't give you a 100% true indicator of matchup, but does give you an idea. This was the level ranking in descending order. Our top guy was outranked by 24 levels, middle guy outranked by 10 levels, bottom guy outranked by 11 levels. The matchups sometimes aren't even remotely close.
US
99 88 85 84 80 79 76 75 64 61 = 791 total levels
THEM
123 98 98 92 90 89 82 79 74 72 = 897 total levels
Total is 106 levels or 13.4% outmatched. Can these issues be fixed?
