Bump .....

Step 1: Buy expensive building.
Step 2: Log off and get raided.
Step 3: Refund building.

This will never happen. Having a grace period won't prevent the above unless it's so short as to basically be useless.

Your idea is highly exploitable and unnecessary. People have told you as much. Now quit bumping this as it's against forum rules and the idea is terrible.

My exploit of this.

If you start a new building it immediately becomes available in war. So if I was a new th10 (war focused) I would not have infernos then in the last 2 minutes of war prep start an inferno and cancel after war day started. I would always have infernos without the weighting and I don't lose any gold doing it.
