i mean who uses that ♥♥♥♥ in th10 ? It's weak in damage , low on health, slow speed. Just slight better than lv3 dragon and very expensive for some reason too. Supercell show some love for dragons plz .
And more love for ground troops too.lower the price for witch and Valkyrie plz..... Enough of those lavaloonions
They should give level 4 dragons at TH9 and level 5 dragons at TH10.
If people feel it's too OP, then nerf dragons by 5 or 10%.
Dragons are on the bottom of my list for upgrade. Nothing extra they could provide. Loon compostions are better and economic :p
IMO currently they just good for donating to clanmates and specially to fill TH6, TH7 and TH8 war CC.
That would be big surprise if somebody attack a TH6 and a level4 dragon come out.
My Mrs uses Dragons for war and can pretty much 2* any TH10 with not many issues.
Same with some of my clan mates. They are mass dragons experts since TH7, but did not learn on other techniques.Quote:

I have been attacked about 10 times in war with lvl4 dragons since I became th10. Only once they got 2 stars and they rest were either 1 or 0 stars. Well even other attack strategies don't get better results :pQuote:

They are definitely useful for defence which is why I decided to upgrade them. May not be the best for attack but quite useful to add a dragon in a composition for a last push.
mass drag strategy only works on Th7 and TH8's to my opinion. Above that, there are way more viable troop comps like loonion, lavaloonion, gowiwi, gowipe and so on.
My clan mate rushed to TH10 and his only weapon in war are L4 dragons. It gives him 2 star often and I dont see him complaining about the price. Sure its very expensive but he seems to farm a lot so I guess those drags are useful for him.
Making statements about 2 stars against TH10 bases is meaningless. There are rushed TH10 bases everywhere that we could all 2 star. The reality is a decent TH10 base with almost maxed or maxed AD is nigh on impossible to 2 star with well placed air mines etc. just by spamming lv4 drags
A combo attack with hogs or loons can work but a mass dragon drop will nearly always get 1 star at best and often totally fail.
All attacks are the same against well set up TH10 bases. It requires planning and skill and no troops are strong enough to deliver 2 stars without any thought.
at this point....I think dragons 4 (th10) are only good for donating to lower lvl THs
unless someone comes up with a new effective variety between lava-loons-mins-drags
Agree, do not see the point whatsoever in having lv 4 dragons.
Dragons were good at TH7 & TH8, once you get deep into TH9 they become completely useless. No way a small stat boost at TH10 is going to fix that.
And the cost is a joke. 42k lix for one drag. Cook 12…that's 504k. You will almost never get that back attacking.
I have maxed every troop/spell at TH10 [as of tomorrow] with the exception of just two. The Dragon is one of them.
I even picked the lv 3 jump spell over a lv 4 Dragon.
They cost far too much SuperCell for what little they deliver at TH10.
Like any other troop, having the right troop combination is what makes them effective...

2 Drags (1 in CC) rest loons/minnies and of course those little pups (2). This combo is a hard hitter to get an easy 2 star. Place pups then immediately loons followed by rage (placed appropriately) and then minnies. Drags head for TH after mins with a rage plopped on them if needed. Heroes mop up if needed. That is a tried and tested combo and it works superbly. Drags rule 👍 they are just generally used as a support troop at TH10 but are essential because of their high damage especially with a rage 😈
