For improve uncivilized clan system
Most leaders want to develop their clan to be well-managed, to be efficiently, finally to be a strog clan. To achieve this clan must have lots of and complicated rules and information need to tell all the clan members. But the "clan discription" not allow clan to do this, so the clan leaders have to tell the clan rules in the "clan chart" one by one and again and again. It takes an ocean of energy of the leader. This is an absolutely absurdity problem existing in the game. and need to be change urgnetly. Just extend the capacity of the "clan discription" it does not cost a lot.
Secondly, The clan don't have any incentive system to lead the clan members to be better. The clan members don't donate, don't attend clan war, they don't have incentive to do it, they don't understand why need to do it. And the clan leader can only use "kick out" to "kill", cannot give any benefit to attractting, leading and "fixing". At the same time the "better members" also don't have reasons to insist be a "better member". Give some real power to the leaders. The members should pay the tax to the clan when they back from raiding, and the tax should be share with the "better members" in the clan.
The clan leaders don't have any tools or assistants to help manage and lead a clan, so in the CoC only the "group players" are possible to build a stong clan, any single player cannot build a stong clan forever, no matter how many good ideals he has, because the clan system is uncivilized.
