Level 8 townhall by the way.
What im trying to figure out is what to do next, are upgraded spells really a priority or should I keep upgrading my troops? this is where my troops and spells are at right now. I dont use balloons, healers or wizards though so I wont be upgrading those anytime soon I'm talking about my giants to level 5, wall breakers to level 5.http://i44.tinypic.com/fleqs1.png
I'd definitely do wallbreaks and giants to level five. They both make a big difference. After that, I'd do light spell to level 5 and then rage spell and then healing spell.

Giants and WB first priority for sure. Lightning should be level 5, as it hits some breakpoints where you can 2/3 shot a defensive structure where a lower level can't. Also max DE stealing power 😈
Rage is a matter of preference for farming. Low level rage will still do extremely well, and cost a good deal less gold per use than a high level. So I'd do rage last, if at all (if you trophy push high level rage is needed though).
Tou need to get level 5 wallbreakers and giants, level 5 wizards are great to donate.
Lightning must be leveled to use. Rage doesn't. Save it for last. Do wbs to max, then giants.
For those of you saying rage shouldn't be leveled - it only gives 30% more damage at level one, and 80% more at max (which you can get TH8) I would do archers, barbs, giants, goblins to 5 and wb to at least 4 first, mind you, but rage is HUGELY useful and takes priority over anything else. Lightning is mostly utility for killing clan castle troops, and in that capacity it doesn't need to be ranked at all. Healing doesn't even compare to ranked rage.
Do the wall breakers next.
I'm a big fan of both lightning and rage. Rage is always good when you think you just dont have enough to finish the base. Lightning is great for DE steals. I usually carry three lightnings with me. Works a treat on a mortar and something else when I come across a well designed layout with a lot of loot.
I would definitely recommend giants, wall breakers and then lightning upgrades.
