I bought a box with 30 thank you letters on the 15th. I was awarded 10 cherry jams. I did not receive the jams. I posted this before and I have not received a response from Hay Day yet. Can I please get my jam?

Several others have reported this. I have had a reply implying that it is my fault rather than a bug, so don't get your hopes up.
Support will not see your issue here. They don't come here to the forums. You will need to submit a ticket through the game by tapping on the cog wheel. Then tap on help and support. You should see the option to contact them. Explain in detail what happened.Quote:

As per attached picture, I finally got a fountain. However, all of sudden, the screen got frozen for a second then the gift was GONE!! It's NOT the first time, actually THIRD time for me that makes me sooooooooooo frustrated............ Something happened to me when i used 30 gift cards for a box and got a statue but when i put it down it had sent me back home (even though i was already there)and it disappeared but when i checked my inventory it wasnt there so please can i have it back i got the statue and my ign is Ryan NZ please fix when you can
I just got a message from support saying that they are making a gesture of goodwill and it is a one time offer. That are returning my 30 gift certs! Meanwhile I notice that there is a new post today about a missing item from a gift box. I'm almost afraid to buy another box in case my gift disappears again. I really needed that TNT:(
