I never attack if you have an x-bow, bar king, arch queen or golden cannons. Should I be so scared?

on their own, you shouldn't be that concerned with a barb king or archer queen. however, your lvl 4 troops really aren't strong enough to take on developed TH9 bases.
I can attack some town hall 8s & a little bit of th 9s at th 7. It's all about skill, not fear.
honestly do you shy away from all purple wiz towers? I spent all my farming loot immediately upgrading all three at once just to try to back people off. Also right now I have four builders upgrading for cannons to gold. I did this ahead of archers and against conventional wisdom solely because the gold cannons stick out and archer tower 10 is barely noticeable.Quote:

Barb king can be gotten at TH7, and it is generally quite easy to kill. Drop one trash unit next to it, then an archer somewhere there's a building out of range of enemy defenses. Drop 15 barbs and archers when the barb king has run over there. Xbow should be avoided, however, as well as archer queen. And gold cannons, fully purple wiz towers, or high level mortars are bad too. You should look for TH7 or not fully developed TH8, probably around 1400 if your troops are level 4.
Thanks for the advice. I like the idea of focusing on upgrading one defence e.g. Wizard towers to scare folks off. Works on me so let's give it a go!
