bying gem outside us

so I live outside of US and I wanna buy gem, and I don't have credit card so I bought this voucher to this site called "unipin".
I filled my unipin balance and used it to buy some google play credits
then I went to CoC to redeem it, and it says the code isn't available for my country (which is Indonesia)
so I went to the "click here for help" thing, changed my settings to Indonesia, and tried again
I got the same result
so naturally I tried to change my settings again, which apparently I can't without downloading google wallet, which can't be downloaded because I don't live in USA.

is there something I'm missing? is it humanely possible to buy it outside America?

hmm yeah. you need to change the regional of google wallet to us, in order to use the redeem

googled some, there is some nice tutorial to change that wallet setting

I live in europe and my credit card for Google wallet works as well ;-)

I dont know about Indonesia but here in Europe you get Google play cards in every gas station or super market.

In Indonesia, no gift card is popular. If it is by cellular then yes it is very. Too bad we dont have any method to paying with our cellular balance for Supercell games.
