Player controlled pause option for barracks, spells, etc (plz read b4 dismissing)

I know this topic is listed in the sticky notes, but I have not seen it implemented in the game they way I'm about to describe. I'm proposing that a pause and resume option for boosts be made available for barracks, spell factory, and heroes that is able to be controlled by players, during gameplay, for the duration of their boost time. Similiar to the pause and resume option that is available when an update occurs and finishes while a player is in the middle of boosting, once a player uses gems to begin boosting, the square that normally displays a timer and the remaining time can now offer a pause button, in place of the clock, and continue displaying the remaining time below it. Then, whenever and as often as it's needed, players can press the pause button on any barrack, their spell factory, and/or heroes to pause the boost, with the time remaining still displayed, and come back whenever they're ready to resume boosting on any building by pressing the play symbol that would appear to replace the pause symbol after pausing.

I'm suggesting this because I'm a quadrapalegic who has a lot of pain problems and my raiding time is often affected and determined by my pain. There are many days that I'm unable to make raids due to my discomfort. Sometimes I'll find a window of opportunity to play and raid whenever there's a break from my pain and I like to boost my barracks, spells, and heroes in order to make up for lost time during the day, but sometimes these windows are short lived and I'm faced with a decision. The decision I have to make is to either continue playing in pain until the boost timer runs out or shut off the game and waste whatever time I have left and the gems I spent on boosting. It's frustrating because I love playing this game and I'm often faced with the situation to either not boost and only make possibly one or two raids in a day's time because of the time it takes to regenerate troops, spells, and heroes or spend gems on boosting these items and possibly have to waste them by quitting or just play through in pain in order not to waste these gems I've collected or paid for, which takes away from trying to truly enjoy my time playing the game. Although my pain situation may seem specific, I'm sure there are many other players who could benefit from this pause/resume option for boosting barracks, spells and heroes because they have to deal with gaming situations similar to mine because of health reasons, time schedule constraints, unexpect circumstances that may force someone to quit playing after starting a boost, and players in general who may feel confined by the continuously running boost timer. I hope this idea for a player controlled pause/resume option for boosting barracks, spell factories, and heros and my reasons for suggesting it may help you see it's benefits to the gaming experience of not only myself, but other players too.
