All players set to "opt out" when joining

BOTH ANDROID AND IPHONE DEVICE


Regardless what their settings are; when they join my clan (not sure how it is with others.) they're set to "I'm out" even though it shows they're "in" on their device. It's a daily occur once event and has made war a lot harder to recruit for.

If there's a way to solve this let me know :) if not I'll just like to report the bug.

Actually, I think there is a delay when anyone changes the settings. This sometimes bugs out for me too.

See I expected and thought the same. But every user joining is like that. It's not like they just changed it
