From Android to iOS?

So my android phone broke(not able to turn it on), my village was connected to a Google+ account. But the thing is that I got myself a iPhone.

How do I link from my old phone to my new iphone?

Hey man I got the same exact issue! What i did so far is message them in game and they did reply within a few hours, after that they didn't respond..its been about a few days

Step one: Open settings

Step three: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Village, accounts, passwords."

Step four: Click I lost my village
Step five: Locate this Information

Final: Contact them with the format they said to use
