Hey! we are a Very active hood with 23 hoodies looking to recruit friendly active players. Hood is adults only and English speaking.
We are happy to help new players and we have a variety of levels from level 36to level 89. Please come by and give us a go! We'd love to expand and can't wait to add new hoodies!
We don't have a huge list of rules, we just expect people to help,one another and be friendly, no need to chat for hours but a please, thank you and hi is all we ask. our logo is a blue bat.(closest we could find to a Phoenix!)
We are active Derby players and won the first Derby with a huge lead.
We have a minimum level of 50 at the moment but will a,ways welcome active helpful players so if you'd like to join let me know and I'll add u in!

There are 25 people at the neighborhood at the moment, most of them on levels between 50 and 60. Three of them are close to level 70.

Our group has has only just been set up after first derby we were winning until final furlong..... Lol found we didn't have enough active players out of the 30 in the team, so set up a new group, which has two family's and a few friends were looking for active daily players who love a challenge...
Co-leader & Leader edit our derby board to win bigger pointed tasks which is always a great help,
the team are always happy to help with farm expansion.... Boat orders or general tasks try to Keep watering flowers in the group to help achieve those extra diamonds....
Our team ranges levels 29-88

We are a chill group of hard working active players from all over the world, in an English speaking hood.
We share, help, trade...and more, it's up to each farmer what they sell and trade for, there are no trading/selling requirements. We have a natural flow about helping/sharing and it's done frequently.
We have contests to win tools and other great items, which can be found on our hood blog, which also features tips and tricks.
Plan on playing in the derby with us every week and pacing yourself with 5-6 HIGH VALUE (200+) TICKETS. (Keep in mind we help each other A LOT with this). On the 1st ever derby, we are coming in 2nd place!
We are normally a full hood...but recently made an extended cut to bring in dedicated DERBY PLAYERS and remove less actives! :)
Get in one of the best hoods now while spots are open! Everyone loves it and have commented that they feel they are home and are glad to stop NH hopping.
