Hi there fellow farmers,
Is it just me or did everything not go according to plan when the derby ended. Our neighborhood has earned 2 horseshoes and therefor unlocked two of the columns with rewards.
However when i was logging in just moments ago i was not able to select and claim any rewards...
Now the new derby has already started and the reward tab is not available anymore :(
Anyone else had the same problems?

So the first derby finished and the horseshoes are there but I cannot claim any prizes. It just tells me to wait until the end of the derby😡😡
Super Cell hope you can fix this. Our NH has begun the new derby but we want our prizes please.
None of our member received any rewards and its blinking all the time "new derby have started", but still show old derby points and everything... help!

The game hasn't reset time or scores!
I tried to delete all the tasks right away so people dont take them while its bugged, because the points will count for the old one but 2 people were faster and took tasks, help pls solve this
Our neighborhood had the same problems. No one can get the prizes, and nothing was said or shown although we were in the top three winning neighborhoods.
When the new derby blinked, we accepted new tasks in the Derby. But then we got rewards from the previous Derby, then we lost the tasks. But now for the new derby we can only do 4 out of 5 tasks. Please help.

Me too. I can't claim any prizes. It says I've got 5 horseshoes but when I click on prizes, it just says to wait until the Derby ends. But it's over! We're on to the next Derby now. This is the second bug I've found. It also only lets me do 3 tasks, not 5.
It said the second Derby had started so I choose a task & finished it it now says it's expired & I've lost a task too I'm really in unhappy about this Please can I either have the points or my task back. I'm using my iPad
We started tasks too soon, evidently. I started one for townies, and suddenly the little box in the upper left disappeared. I lost eight townies that could have counted toward a task. The task is gone from our board, and I am sitting at 4/5.
The same thing happened to our NH leader.

We also didn't get anything, we have done all horseshoes and we were on 1st, still no reward and the task i deleted most who i got, because peiple start playing while its still bugged its not a good idea!

Timer is on zero seconds, the racing board still shows old derby scores and we cannot claim our 5 horse shoe prizes or our extra prize for being in the top 3 .....

Hi! I have just logged into the game, chose a new task for the Derby and tried to claim my rewards (we got 4 horseshoes). BUT unable to claim rewards, it just says wait until the Derby ends, and the clock is not moving on the Derby board, still showing 0 seconds! Please get this sorted out, SuperCell. We worked very hard for our rewards, and i do not want the lower level hoodies to get discouraged and not take part in the Derby. Thank you.
I've lost two tasks now - one which went to the last derby and didn't count and now one which is completed but when I click on it it says expired and I can't move on until I trash it. At this rate I'll end up having to trash all my tasks to move on??

Hi all, think there is a problem with Derby Challenge as it won't allow to collect prizes won, and all new challenges are going against the finished derby
Same here. I did a new task, the points were lost, the old derby stopped, no new one, no rewards

It seems that it is indeed solved after some time. Just logged in again and was prompted with the "claim a derby reward" tutorial. After that i was able to select my prizes and get the new derby going :)Quote:

I joined my neighborhood midway thru the last derby, so I am not experiencing the part of the problem about not being able to collect prizes.
I am having the following issue:
I click the derby and am presented with the "New derby has started" welcome screen and the picture of the horse. Then the tasks show up for about 1.5 seconds, then the horse and message come back for 1-2 seconds.
These two views: horse / tasks / horse / tasks alternate back and forth endlessly until I click the derby closed.
I tried clearing my iPad RAM and reloading game. No improvement. I powered down and restarted iPad. No improvement. I logged out of Game Center and logged back in and started the game from within GC. No improvement.
THREE other members of my neighborhood who also joined mid-way thru the previous derby are having this exact same problem as well, now as the new derby starts.

My group is 'jumping up n down' in anger - come 2nd, no rewards, next Derby started. Horses have not reset, no idea who we are up against this time!Quote:

This is nonsense, because none of us was online at the end of the derby. I would appreciate if there was a proper announcement from HD since there are many people experiencing this prob. We are all behind when they finally fix this. Loosing out on time and rewardds.Quote:

Same here, no prizes, clock says zero seconds, we were second place and now everyone is afraid to start new tasks which have come up!
My fantastic neighbourhood worked so hard and even used diamonds to buy extra tasks and WON the derby. So proud of them. But now we cannot claim our prizes. The new derby has begun, it says, but we are in the same group, the race tab hasnt changed, and the timer is on 0sec. Please sort this out fast! We love the derby, but it has to actually work properly!
We were so happy to come in first place! So now game says 0 secs, but no access to prizes, Any Prizes at all, Now we have players starting the new Derby, we are afraid those working on new tickets won't get the points for starting again! Hope you find a quick fix and not have 5 to six hrs gone from new Derby! we are the Golden Apple Co-Op, Purple and yellow emblem!
Seriously, some of us can't even play the game because the town crashes as soon as we enter. Some people can't play because the friends bar makes the app crash. Who cares about the flipping derby?
We didn't get our rewards and when finishing tasks in the new derby we don't get the points.
help asap please.

I done 4/5 task, and when I chose the last task, it said 1 second left and expired right away. We couldnt claim our reward also. Hope it will be fixed soon. Thanks
I too can't start a new task after completing the first task in the new Derby. I' m not keen on having to trash all my hard work for nothing, I was the first in my neighbourhood to complete a task this time, so I KNOW my points have not been added to the score. I will try trashing to move on, but if it happens again.........let's hope not! Also, coming (many moons ago) from an IT background myself, I would like to say how extremely impressed I am with this game and it's complexities, just a shame that there's this problem now. Hope it all gets sorted out double quick so we can all carry on enjoying ourselves.Quote:

Our hood was a clear gold winner with 5 horseshoes, but none of us can collect any prizes and no extra prizes for our first place standing. One member has already started a new task, so what is going to happen to our prizes? This is most annoying and duscouraging after all our work. Please fix this fast.
This is going to be a bad one guys. The boys at SC really are scratching their head on this one. Once this finially works itself out, there are bound to be people that will be disappointed because they will have either lost tasks, or the derby will be reset.
i know, complaining is not going to get it fixed any quicker, but damn ..... It is frustrating. My nh won by 8000 points and were really looking forward to a new challenge with an even better stratgy than we had last time.
i ranted about why I thought this happened and how it could have been prevented, but then I realized that our dear moderator would probably just remove the post because it was not a rah rah I love SC post.
Just going to hope SC fixes this, and SC learns from this mistake next time they roll out a big update.
