Am i the only one who did not get to select rewards from the derby?

Coming from the IT world, I am not at all surprised. This is a complex application that is hard to beta-test in such huge scale, the game has lots of players. Of course it might behave different in live environment than in the test.

and we tried to get new tasks and resolved them, however didn't get new points at derby...

Supercell, any answer??

Same here, no prizes, clock says zero seconds, we were second place and now everyone is afraid to start new tasks which have come up!

My fantastic neighbourhood worked so hard and even used diamonds to buy extra tasks and WON the derby. So proud of them. But now we cannot claim our prizes. The new derby has begun, it says, but we are in the same group, the race tab hasnt changed, and the timer is on 0sec. Please sort this out fast! We love the derby, but it has to actually work properly!

We were so happy to come in first place! So now game says 0 secs, but no access to prizes, Any Prizes at all, Now we have players starting the new Derby, we are afraid those working on new tickets won't get the points for starting again! Hope you find a quick fix and not have 5 to six hrs gone from new Derby! we are the Golden Apple Co-Op, Purple and yellow emblem!

Seriously, some of us can't even play the game because the town crashes as soon as we enter. Some people can't play because the friends bar makes the app crash. Who cares about the flipping derby?

We didn't get our rewards and when finishing tasks in the new derby we don't get the points.
help asap please.

What you read in the link are more complaints and no answers.

Actually, I'm also tired of being helpful after seeing all the negatives and jumping around the forum...just because of a game. I know a lot of the complainers mainly don't come to the forum. They prefer to come in here when there's issues (while Supercell Team is trying hard to fix), these complainers just prefer to continue bombarding the forum with negative comments. I believe good things will always appear to those who wait patiently.

I done 4/5 task, and when I chose the last task, it said 1 second left and expired right away. We couldnt claim our reward also. Hope it will be fixed soon. Thanks
