i really need to know which one is better and more effective and benificial?? ( i am th 8 with lvl 1 golem and level 1 pekka) golems cost de and de is hard to get and most of the time my elixir storage is full..so what should i use in clan war.. Gowipe or giwipe???

GoWiPe are much more effective than GiWiPe
Giants are susceptible to splash damage and can be spring trapped
if your 2 de drills aren't upgraded, upgrade them both to lvl3 to help sustain your DE pool
There is no way you can get around using DE effectively, so the only way to do anything useful is by doing GoWiPe. Also, it depends on whether you are trophy pushing or farming. If you are farming, I wouldn't use this at all. I would use something more cost effective like barch, but if you are trophy pushing, I would definitely do GoWiPe. Upgrade your dark drills because almost all of the good strategies use DE. The only cheaper option for pushing is Balloonion. I would personally start upgrading your balloons and minions as high as you can because it will come in handy quite a lot as you go higher in trophies.

You could use giant-healer instead of golem. The plus side is that giants can actually break some walls and kill some defenses, spring traps are annoying though. Also need to avoid ADs. But it works very well to distract and maybe kill some defenses near the outside.
It's hard to have two giant-healer groups, takes too much housing space. So you'll need a different tactics to clear outside buildings as giants only help clearing one side. I use various methods to clear buildings.
For example in a recent war attack I cleared an army camp then drop my PEKKA. The pekka will do what it usually does, circle around the base. I prevent it from continuing circling by using wallbreakers and some wizards to cut it's path. CC troops also helped pulling pekka in.
The giant-healer combo really paid off in that attack as the giants plus some wizards easily finished off the few remaining defenses.
