Troubleshooting

I got new iphone6 it seem my iphone6 got block in COC hows that happen i need a good solution in my iphone6 please anybody could help me out in this. i already tried everything. but it always says "Login failed Please try it again Later. (1)" i can put pictures if you guys need it.

And i tried to contact SC in my old iphone but they never reply to wat do i need to do i always got a reply of this

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If your game crashes a lot, or won't load properly, please check our "first-aid" trouble-shooting tips. These should improve things:
1. Check that you have the latest version of iOS installed on your device. Enter settings > general > software and check if new software is available.
2. Check that your device has enough free storage space: lack of space can result in crashes, slowness and other unexpected issues in any app. Please go to 'Settings' > 'About' and check 'Capacity' and 'Available'. You can free up space by removing unnecessary apps, for instance.
3. Free up device memory by closing apps that are running in the background. To do this, double tap the 'Home' (square) button to see all the apps running in the background, then swipe them upwards to close them.
4. Turn your device off and then on again, and launch the game. The device memory should be free at this point and the game performance improved. Does this sound obvious? We know. Do it anyway.
5. If you are using a jail-broken device, there's no guarantee that our game will run without issues, or that the issue can be resolved any other way than by resetting your device entirely.

Its been almost 2months now please!!! help me with my problem

I've been playing the game for 2 years and I've spent a ton of money in the game. A week ago, the game stopped loading. SC won't responds to my support requests.




Just an FYI, it's not a hardware issue. I've tried the account on three different ios devices, and it won't load. Also, other accounts WILL load on the same devices.


I have spent over US$2,000.00 on this account, and no one will help me. You're my only hope!!

eric if all devices and different accounts are showing the problem then more than likely
you have a wifi issue or routing issue.

your best bet to see if this is the case is try using cell data or drive to a McDonalds or
any wifi hot spot and try and load the game. (get off your ISP network and your home
wifi/router is goal here)

Also you can go into your HOME router (admin settings) and get the log
data during the coc attempt to login. There you will see the IP addresses
coc is trying to access. if one or more is not reachable that is the problem.
Now if this is the case there is not much you can do and you are at the mercy
of internet routing and it can take days or weeks for the router to fixed
by whatever company owns the router. average hop count is 15 that means
any packet on average is hitting 15 routers to and from other location.

You can also run a trace from your ipad mini using the auth server IP gotten from
your router log and see which router is down if the auth server is unreachable.



you can also try going into settings --> privacy --> diagnostics

There should be a crash log for each crash and/or forced app shutdown.
Right after a crash open it and scan it. I will not try to explain here what
everything means other than to say many clues can be found there.

And if the app is well written it will send state and shutdown data there.

note there are many servers being accessed. 1 multi searches 1 for updates
1 for auth 1 for account base retrieval. My guess auth or account base retrieval can
not be reached. Though now that i think about your video does appear to crash
when trying to retrieve your account saved base data. soooo........ :)
