Spamming player

So, I have this player who consistently joins my clan, and spams this long message about a website he has found that gives him 99,999 gems and leaves.. I've managed to kick him once, but he's very fast. I don't up the trophies because I recruit at the trophy level for my clan..

his is name is "xNoLimit"

his is spam message every time he joins is;
"Hey, do you need more gems? I found a 99,999
gems site H@ck and it really worked!!
Here: www.[Website,Censored for forums]"

Id really like this guy muted or possibly have his account reset for using H@ck to play.. Or anything really.. Even just to ban him permanently from my clan, it's so annoying have this same message in chat every 5 mins when Recrutiing.. I will add a screenshot of him posting it for proof below... Pls reply staff.. I want justice.

This isnt the place to report that, take a screenshot of the player, his profile, and his messages and report it via the in game support
Settings > Help and Support > Contact Us

Also change your clan settings to invite only

Setting the clan to invite only significantly lowered the amount of people that ️Join the clan, I tried looking i game for the contact us and I could not find it.

Invite only simply makes you have to click accept or decline, it doesnt actually require an invite to recruit. This will help screen players too as well as cut down on spam as those spammers are looking for any can join clans.

Settings (the gear icon) > Help and support (bottom left of this screen) > Contact us (top right corner)

I took a screenshot of his post and name and sent it upon request of a moderator directly to supercell. But. As you said. He is really really fast at this. Join (copy paste) leave. Hard to kik him.

This is not solving any issues i have, I do not want to set settings to invite only, because less people join as most Dont even both to req to join and waitin for a reply.. And There is no "Contact Us" button in my screen in my top fit corner after I have pressed hel and support.. Like I said earlier. Help and support just bring me to a FAQ page. There is a FAQ tab, although it has nothing to do with reporting spammers..

I like your hatred towards this spammer, xNoLimit, I wish he would die of the face of the Clash of clans world. Lol. If you have any justice happened to this peasant, please let me know, I'd like to know if my clan is safe from this child's spam. Thanks bro.

As you can see the top right corner has the contact us icon. Its in the same area as the FAQ.

And trust me invite only does not hinder your recruiting ability. I've built up many a clans that have always been invite only. The ones that are too impatient to wait a minute or two, are aslo the ones most likely to leave right away. If you choose not to set to invite only, that is fine but understand why you are seeing these spammers.

On android there is no wording its a speech bubble.. so try that if your on android.

PS.. OP your gonna be on a never ending crusade against this.. I open clan up and get 2/3 a day at least.. cant report every single one of em. Invite only works just fine. the problem lies when you have no one to accept the requests and people don't wait and move on to other clans then its a question of how active your clan is.

My screen doesn't look like that, lol. This is a hassle, the staff should be moderating these forums anyways.. maybe they'll ever come around. Thanks for your help anime dude. :)

I'm just saying bro, this happens a lot. He is actually very common in big clans and in REQ and ♥♥♥♥ clans. Many people do this for the sake of advertising. There are many more, not only him...

Staff may well be moderating but since names are not unique as in there could be 1000 people with the same name. thats why you have to use the support options.

Always remembering to screenshot things that can help..

1 Capture offending post, with the spam, id
2 Capture a shot of the above whilst on the village of the player.
3 Capture a shot of their profile page.

All these would allow support to get the right guy.. A lot of work for you with no reward or benefit.
He isnt in your clan.. you can stop these people getting in your clan.. but these options have been given to you. Support wont help just on the basis of a name and no proof.. think of that saying - Pictures or it didn't happen.
