Derby prizes

Was online to see the finish of the first derby... Timer did not reset. Could not collect prizes, just a mess. We took first place and nothing to show for it. Fun while it lasted, but what a mess now.

FWIW, this issue seems to be affecting all members of our neighborhood, not just those who were online when the first Derby ended.

Had planned to knock my Derby tasks early this round as today is a good farming day for me, but the rest of the week might be too busy for much farming. :(

I was not online, but I got my prizes.

One of my neighbors who was online is complaining she couldn't get hers, though.

Also, I'm disappointed that we don't get to display the cup we won once we collect the prizes. I think the winners should be able to display them the whole week, until there's new winners.

Was online to see our horse finish in 1st. Timer reset immediately & got a notice of a new derby starting. Wasn't able to claim prizes immediately, but within a minute the scarecrow arrived, gave a brief tutorial, & we were awarded our prizes for first place, then were able to choose our horse shoe prizes right after that. So far no other glitches for our NH, & we've begun tasks for the next derby.

Be advised...top prizes are different for each NH member just as the horse shoe prizes are. I received 4 each mallets, deeds & tape, while my friends received 4 each of assorted other items. Haven't seen anything yet from 2nd & 3rd place finishers, but I'm guessing they will receive 3 prizes & 2 prizes respective to their finish.

Same here. Me and my daughter were offline when the Derby ended, enrolled just after this and are currently both unable to get prizes (our NB ended 3rd ) and when we go to horseshoe we get a "wait for derby end".

Timer showing zero and we see old scores, but task count show 5 available. so we're waiting to know how to co on...

Hi. Can't pick any columns. :( No members in our hood can. We also won the derby as #1 in our group.. But no prize to pick (?) for that either.

Does anyone know when will this bug be fixed?

Check the thread about it in the announcements section. They haven't said when yet.

Can I just say...I'm very disappointed with my first place derby prizes. I would have at least loved to win vouchers or diamonds even, especially for coming in first place! Sigh. I guess I'll be giving away these land expansion tools to fellow 'hood members. :unsure:

SC is having a maintenance break because of these issues! Hope they'll be fixed soon.
