It is still happening to me on both my iPad 4 and iPhone 6. I emailed through game yesterday and again today.

If everyone would please tap on the cog icon (Help and Support) and place an in-game report of this issue. There is a lot of vital device, game log, and technical information that gets attached to these reports that will be invaluable to Technical Support in figuring out what is causing this issue so they can fix it. Without that information from a large enough number of players experiencing this issue, they won't be able to track it down.

ALWAYS send an in-game report when you're having issues. That's the only way to get vital data required to fix any issue to Technical Support personnel.

It crashes three seconds max after I enter, every time just as the sign is fading in. I haven't collected anything or touched anything.

But out why us and not everybody? Because we moved something?

That's just what I get - the ghost Barn Storage counter image - then CRASH!

Town crashes the app when opened

After opening the town, my screen turns black and says hayday force stop (report or cancel)
This started after the derby update. I've done everything to try and fix it. I've also reported the issue 50 times and no response. I have enough space and the right operating system. Please fix this issue and I will rate 5 stars.

town causes game to crash

The town crashes whenever I go there. It was just crashing when I collected gifts from visitors in the bed and breakfast on the beach . I could move the bed and breakfast collect the gifts and no problems. This morning however the game decided to auto collect the gifts which causes the town and the whole game to crash . I have sent in an in game report every time it has crashed . Oh the train is also pulling in not sure if that is effecting it.

Same issue

My town crashed Friday night, cst around midnight. IPad Air, no Bluetooth, plenty of space. iOS 8.2
Farm and fishing are fine. Can complete derby tasks but cannot access town. It blacks my screen and whole app crashes. Four days now.

Annoying

I am having the same issue too. I've reported in game several times. It seems as if the reports are just being ignored. They fix the friend bar problem pretty quickly. What's taking this issue so long? How about get rid of the derby and put everything back the way it was, because clearly all these issues started once they launched the derby update.

I have the the same device, but my screen doesn't black out, the game stars to fade and then completely closes the game. I thought when it said "updating" while loading, I thought they fixed the problem.

Crash game after connecting to town

After I completed the Derby first time I can no longer enter my town. Luckily I am not the only one! Have several times re-instated game but to no avail.
IPad and IPhone! 7.1
