I guess there is nothing any of us can do but keep sending those error reports and wait for SC to find the cause of this problem. Unfortunately it's taking quite a long time... 😕

Cricks3 i have tapped on the cog to report it, the person who replied suggested to do everything in this thread that doesn't work and i told them so. to my full barn they suggested SELLING THINGS. i have worked long a hard to get those expansion items and to sell them isn't going to help me get further in this game.

Game crash!

Please get rid of that Derby! It's bugged.....for the past four days I cannot access my town ever since I completed the Derby. Moments later the whole thing crashed. I have Ipad 4, IOS 7.1 plenty RAM, Iphone 5 IOS 8.1, plenty RAM. Been playing for months, never a hitch and now this major upheaval! And I am not the only one....
in game report says: Responsible for crash is Thread 8.....

Still crashing on entry to Town - everything else is ok.

Been a couple of days now & still no access to my town... I can get into other towns in my neighborhood. Help button etc. - nothing is getting resolved...

Additional hints (maybe it helps). I still have a train in my station. Some minutes before i moved my beach cafe to another place.
And I had a Derby task in my city.

Town Crash

Started after 2nd derby began. I can enter the town, and then the app crashes after 2 seconds. The Town is not frozen when I enter. Everything else is fine.

iPad Air with 32g free storage space. 1g RAM

iPhone 6 with 40g free space. 1g RAM.

Game saved in Game Center. Take you time people. You rushed this one. ; )

Exactly the same problem as described. It has to do with collecting an item. My game crashed when collecting a townie gift from my Cinema and now each time I go in, the game force closes just as the barn space dialog begins to come up.

Galaxy s4
Android 4.4.2
6gb free space, 2gb ram (stock)

Crashing when visiting town - Getting no help with issues

I sent numerous messages to support by tapping the cog. First response was an automated message (identical to help/support faq's). After sending three additional messages stating I had attempted all fix suggestions, I finally received a reply stating they were aware of the problem...were sorry for the inconvenience...and were trying to create a fix.

Someone from hayday addressed the first couple of posts in this thread by requesting info related to our devices. Since it became clear "devices" have nothing to do with this bug, they stopped Acknowledging us. The Tech support person (site admin?) that posted to ask for device info hasn't returned. There's been no further contact from hay day's help & support team. It's not even mentioned in the known bugs and fixes.

Although extremely frustrating, I can handle being inconvenienced while Hay day looks for a fix. What I can't handle is being blatantly ignored. Players have no idea what's causing the problem or how long it will take to fix the problem. Because they refuse to acknowledge us, we don't even know if they are "attempting" to fix the problem.

I have money invested in this game. I don't know of any other situation where it's considered acceptable for a person or business to accept money as trade for a service or good...fail to provide the service or good...and feel no obligation to offer any restitution. But feeling like it isn't necessary to offer the basic courtesy of a response or explanation is just ten kinds of crazy! And just to be clear...EVERYONE, regardless of whether they've invested time or money, deserves the same courtesies.

Hay day Town ?

Plz inform us what to do with this town ♥♥♥♥.. My Hay day stops working everytime i go there. Is it because of the derby? my problem started recently. I started to move around my buildings and decorate the town and now i cant go there anymor what is the problem plz respond and fix it
